education | ASSET MANAGER PANEL

It is hard to manage anything without a goal in mind. That is the same for a commercial real estate property. In many cases, the O (or owner) in BOMA is represented by an Asset Manager whose role is to work with the Property Management team to achieve the goal of the real estate asset – whether it be to hold the property as a long-term investment or prepare it for disposition. As Property Managers, the more we understand, the better we can support these goals.
